We were responsible for redesigning the structure and reworking the entire functional layout and building systems. Our team provided construction consultation to the owner, who selected and managed their own contractor. The project scope extended to both exterior and interior design, including built-in furniture production and thoughtful planning of loose furniture layouts, ensuring everything fits together seamlessly.
